Vini began her career in the education sector 11 years ago and despite being a BSC graduate in Sports Science she developed a strong interest in supporting learning and development of Singapore’s youth.

She pursued her interest working with educational institutes including Singapore government primary and secondary schools, international schools and nonprofit organisations. During these years she was an Assistant Teacher and Program Executive.

In 2019 Vini transitioned to running Leadership, NLP and Mentorship programs for young adults, working with leading training organisations such as Young NTUC and CDCs to organise workshops and events. Vini has deep knowledge running events from start to finish including from both administrative and operational perspectives.

Vini’s hobby, baking cookies and doughnuts for her family is the fuel that inspires her.
