Our
MENTORS
Being passionate about mentoring women I was fortunate to be accepted as a mentor on the inaugural Protégé MentoringWomen Program based out of Sydney and it did not disappoint. There were challenges with COVID, however the team were able to quickly pivot to run a fantastic, informative and engaging program. Protégé does great job of matching mentees to mentors, facilitating thought provoking workshops that not only develop leadership and business skills for mentees but are also beneficial to the mentors. I would highly recommend the Program to women who want to grow, develop, network, be creative and have fun and equally to men and women mentors who want to share their knowledge, experience and passion to help promote and advance women in the workforce. Thank you Protégé for such an amazing program.
“I have been able to bring back the mentoring / coaching aspect to my team as part of my management style when looking into work related issues.
