Imogen is a skilled facilitator, certified executive coach and academic researcher in the field of resilience, wellbeing and coaching psychology. She brings a wealth of personal experience gained in leadership roles, including leading high-profile change programs, in both the private and public sectors.
Over the past decade she has specialised in learning and development, supporting leaders, teams and individuals world-wide to enhance presence, resilience and performance – at work and beyond. She has a reputation for designing and delivering creative, engaging learning events, both face to face and virtually.
Imogen’s work is underpinned by cutting-edge research and evidence-based approaches, gained through extensive studies in applied neuroscience, psychology and business. Most recently, she was awarded an MSc with distinction in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. Her research, which piloted an innovative approach to raising resilience for ‘life after lockdown’, is currently under review for publishing in a leading international journal.
In her spare time Imogen volunteers as a coach for a number of charities and continues to conduct research with the University of East London.
