Joanne is a facilitator based in Singapore and passionate about the psychology of change. Her focus is about inspiring change and driving business performance through effective communication, strong leadership and sustainable behavioural change. She has extensive experience in the areas of banking, business and education and has worked in South Africa, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Her experience gives her a good insight into how cultural and language nuances impact effective communication within an organisation. She works with professionals at all levels and brings enthusiasm and energy to encourage renewed thinking of possibilities and potential. She empowers participants to challenge their boundaries and to redefine both their personal and professional spheres.

Joanne has worked in Equity Capital Markets for a leading European investment bank and in various capacities within the education sector. As a facilitator, she has worked with marketing, finance, operations, project management and sales divisions as both a group facilitator and as a one-on-one coach. She is also an experienced presenter and keynote speaker.
