Louise is the founder and owner of Differentiate and its renowned mentoring program, Protégé.
Her entrepreneurial approach to business is founded on more than 30 years corporate experience in the financial services sector, having worked both globally and regionally in senior leadership roles at organisations such as IBM Australia, Visa Worldwide and ABN Amro Asia Pacific, prior to founding Differentiate in 2006. She created Protégé in 2011 to support young business women to find their own voice and ensure they have a ‘seat at the table’.
In addition to being a leadership coach and consultant with organisations such as INSEAD, CORE Leadership Institute and Harvard Business School, she was the first in Asia Pacific to become an accredited Coaching Supervisor.
Louise is the proud winner of the Global Woman of Influence 2024 award, recipient of the ‘Dr Marshall Goldsmith Achievement in Coaching Award’, Top 100 Global Coaches 2018, presented by World HRD Congress and one of top 5 nominees for UN Women HeForShe Influencer Award 2019. She served as 1st Vice President on the AWARE Board 2016-2018, and was on the Executive Committee of the Financial Women’s Association Singapore (FWAS) from 2011-2016 where she created its Advancing Women in Finance mentoring program, winner of the AWARE New Initiative Award 2013. In 2009 she received the inaugural World of Difference 100 Award from The International Alliance of Women (TIAW), which honours women who have made an impact on the economic empowerment of women.
Originally from Australia, Louise has lived and worked in Asia since 1993 and is currently based in Singapore.
