For over 18 years, Nonie has been working in the career development space and in the last decade more specifically helping MBA/EMBA students looking to develop their careers and supporting people transitioning into new geographies and new professions.  

Having started her career in recruitment for MNCs in London and Tokyo, in 2008 Nonie transitioned into Career Coaching. She has maintained a close relationship with INSEAD Business School, where she worked as an Assistant Director within Careers Services.

Nonie continues to coach MBA/EMBAs at INSEAD and other leading MBA Schools, supporting them through the entire career journey of self-exploration all the way through to the offer and salary negotiation stage. She has extensive experience coaching clients on CV formulation, pitch and brand development, building a standout Linked In profile and growing a professional network, drafting cover letters, perfecting interview techniques, negotiating offers and transitioning into new career opportunities.

Nonie has lived and worked in the UK, Canada, Japan and Singapore. Originally from the UK, she holds a MA HONs in Geography from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. Nonie has very much enjoyed the last 12 years working and living in Singapore; building a solid career and her own consultancy, most importantly she loves spending time with her two boys and husband here on the little Red Dot!
