Ravi is the founder of Cognitive Magic, a bespoke training company.

He believes the best learning happens when we touch the depth of our humanity and creates opportunities for this, often inspired by the world’s greatest works of art.

He pioneered agile working in financial services over 20 years in his roles in corporate software development. He now lives for the riskier ends of transformation. Business agility; meaning making; critical thinking; emotional intelligence; psychological safety. He shares these values via corporate and community work and via speaking and writing.

Ravi first fell in love with Protégé as a mentor and has been coming back ever since. He’s beyond delighted to be the first man to be invited to work with Protégé as a facilitator.

Originally from England, he studied the secret arts of Mathematics and English literature at Cambridge University, UK. He’s lived in America, Switzerland and now Singapore, though he still has a longing for home.
