Roberta is a facilitator of professional and leadership development with a wealth of on-the-job experience gained from more than 30 years working in the corporate sector and as a consultant. With senior roles in industries such as retail, finance, public sector, community, manufacturing and travel, Roberta has worked across the globe in Australia, England, South East Asia, Middle East and USA. Her breadth of experience is invaluable having gained first hand experience within large, global organisations, managing teams and driving for results.
Roberta has a passion for excellence and a belief that training should be fun. Incorporating accelerated learning and NLP techniques, her enthusiastic style has resulted in a long and successful career setting up learning and development departments, implementing leadership programs and coaching cultures, customer service and selling strategies, productivity and process improvements as well as learning, behavioural and cultural change projects.
